Center Closed Due to Blizzard
Out of an abundance of caution and due to impassible roads and the time required to safely recover from the storm, the Edward King House Senior Center will remain closed for the remainder of the week. This cancellation includes all in-person and online programming, tax preparation appointments (which will be rescheduled for the following week), rehearsals, and all evening programs. We will return to our regular schedule on Monday, March 2nd. Fitness classes will also commence that day as part of our March programming schedule. Members are encouraged to visit myactivecenter.com to register for fitness programs in advance of next week’s classes. We strongly encourage everyone to remain home over the coming days to allow city crews the space they need to safely clear roads and address storm-related recovery efforts. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you back next week. Stay safe and warm.
