Silver Age Chair Yoga with Carmen (in-Person)    Description: A program designed to meet the special health needs of older adults. Safely participate at your own level of comfort. This is an in-person gentle introduction to chair yoga. Seated chair postures as well as chair supported standing postures will be practiced. Comfortable clothing, vaccination & yoga mats required for participation.  Time: 10:00am (3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31)
